The only way it could easily works is if you already have a little bit of legit traffic and use your botnet to boost your earnings a few dollars every day.
Think about it, if you're making $1,000 a month from Adsense every month, but all of the Adwords advertisers are making $0 from the ad clicks from your site, Google has to ban you, otherwise advertisers will quit using Adwords since they are just wasting money. If all of the traffic you drive to Adwords advertisers bounces right away, doesn't lead to conversions, etc, you're screwed. We also know that Google can detect human vs nonhuman users very accurately (recaptcha), and they probably have massive data sets to train supercomputers with machine learning algorithms, there's just a lot that can go wrong for you. Your botnet has to be diverse, emulate real human activity, and fake producing leads somehow to stand a chance at scale. If you sacrifice the scale of your earnings, try just making a few extra dollars every day, don't get greedy.
