verotel compliance documents

I recently took over my brothers adult websites and he is on verotel. He transfer the account to me but now they are ask me for compliance documents. I sent them everything they ask for. But my account still say Pre_Authorized. How long do it take for them to finish the documents? anybody know..and how can I get a faster response from them

call them using skype or phone... maybe it will help..
