Sometimes google ask you to verify your payment methods like debit card. When you do that is the account stronger?

Okay, but can they can they get more information about you than generally would? Like if the card provider or bank doesn't publicly give your address can they get it this way or more personal information?

Yes its the disadvantage, usually to verify the card its better to use a real card from real bank, not crypto and co cards, but some still work as they still are at your name

Its under my name and is working well even without verifying the payment method, but I use different random adress, could that be a problem? The card doesnt provide google with my adress generally and its not a problem to use random adress, but in that case can it be a problem? And how is google checking more information considering they just make temporary transaction and ask for a code?

Google doesn't know more about you with or without the code. It sees the same information the moment you attach your card to billing as when they ask for the code and you introduce it.
They require the code to make sure that the card is not stolen, or is not something like a one time use VCC. But they do not get new information they didn't have before.

Yes, by using VCCs which allow seeing transactions and which cannot die any moment. By seeing transactions, you can see the code google sends to you for the verification.
