Verifying a stealth account identity- MC999

Ok the stealth account is in my name but I have been previously banned from eBay so I don't want to use my real information (address.) I have made a total of about 20 stealth accounts- all that were made before December 2013 I would have to call in and answer the basic questions like where do you get your items from, are they drop shipped etc. but it seems like since then they have started asking those questions PLUS they want to verify your identity. Since I am using a fake address they can't pull up any questions and tell me since they can't verify my identity they can't lift the MC999 restriction. Any tips?
