Verifying a Paypal account.

Does anyone have an updated technique to verify a paypal account that is stealth? I just tried 2 different Netspend accounts and neither of them received the deposit from Paypal.

Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

Theirs a seller on BHW > Items for Sale section that sells ebay + verfied paypal account for 35$ I believe. I think thats much easier.
 
I'm going to build up 15 posts hopefully by today so I can respond to PM's. Thank you. I just want to clarify that this would be a VERIFIED Paypal that will be able to be used with eBay?

I tried making my own and I can't get it to verify, netspend doesn't work either, it sounded like it did before but not any more.

Do you know anyone on here who sells them for the low?
 
So far so good, I figured out another loophole and it's verified. I just need to figure out how to get money out of the account? Any suggestions?

I have a personal account acquired "undetected" need a method to get owner to verify bank or a loophole in bank verification in general. Willing to share profits if method works.

I need a verified paypal account, been trying to verify my particular, Creditcard etc but always failed

Couldn't you make a real paypal and send it as a gift to your real one?

Yeah but that's the smallest e-paper trail. lol. They are not completely idiots, especially if payments keep going to one account and then withdrawn.
