Verifying a PayPal account and getting paid anonymously

Hi guys,

I've been doing a lot of research on here and I cannot find a method that will allow me to verify a PayPal account.

I run a forum with questionable content, the area is hidden but I want to be careful just in case. I want to be able to receive paid subscriptions to this anonymous PayPal account.

I tried NetSpend but it doesn't appear to work any more and VCC don't work anymore correct?

Also say I got a PayPal account verified what would the best way be of retriving those funds in that PayPal account?

I was thinking of making an eBay listing that appeared totally legit for an item worth $1,000 for example any buying it with my new anonymous PayPal account, it would look like a legit purchase or am I wrong?

The best way to get your money out is to use a money changer. There are some good guys arround. Its gonna cost you a few percent but at least you get your money to traces.
