Your message is a different one , See the pic attached , it is also a BHW member , He got a different reply , So it may vary for location and/or submitted documents.
This one clearly shows that His request was reviewed but was not good enough to consider his page for verification

That was done through the trick lol :v It will get viral soon and I will sell it , I just posted it because I am getting asked by people for the proof.
BTW , I did not said HIS PAGE - I said HIS REQUEST , This covers a lot of things
