Verify your account.

Your account required verification, but even after submitting all the necessary information, the verification process failed and your account remained locked. In this case, you should consider switching to a different account to continue using it.

Your account is currently suspended due to incomplete verification. Currently, your only option is to appeal this to Facebook and wait for a response.

I've encountered this error before; try adding a new administrator and verifying them. This administrator needs to have high trust from Meta based on their account creation date and number of posts.

This is a standard restriction due to unusual activity. Click on Verify Account, confirm your identity and payment method, then wait 24-72 hours. Do not touch your account during the review period as this may prolong the ban.

I encountered this problem, but even after verifying my information as a trusted administrator, I still couldn't recover my account. When I contacted the support team, they informed me that my account had been permanently locked.

This is a common restriction triggered by unusual activity. Follow the verification steps, confirm your identity and billing details if requested, and then allow some time for the review to complete. It’s usually best to avoid making changes during this period, as that can delay the process.

Your account was asked to complete a verification process, but the verification was not approved. Even after submitting the required information, the system still decided to restrict the account.

This is a standard account verification restriction, not a billing issue.

Usually triggered by unusual activity on a new or low-history account. Best option is to complete the verification inside Ads Manager and wait for review. In most cases, access is restored once the account confirms identity and payment details, assuming there’s no prior negative history.

Hard to diagnose without more context share the exact error message, where it appears, and what you were doing when it happened. With those details, it’s much easier to pinpoint the cause and fix.

This means Meta detected unusual activity and temporarily restricted your ad account. Click Verify account, complete the requested verification, and wait for review—there’s no instant fix, and ads won’t run until Meta restores access.

This account is practically banned completely, beyond redemption. I have many accounts in the same situation; even after verification, the account remains banned.

You can verify your card.
If you are unable to verify, please add a new card to be able to make the payment.
