Try adding a new admin and verify from it. The new admin needs to have high trust from Meta with the old creation day + posts

Even though your account is being asked to verify, that's just a formality; essentially, your account has already been banned, and you can only appeal the decision.

The account is flagged..... You need to either verify or create a new account ..... If you verify they will ask to also verify your payment details so be ready for that. Unfortunately is not a workaround about this

The best approach is to use an existing account (one that has been created many years ago and has genuine interactions) as the new Admin to handle verification, leveraging its existing trust with Meta. You should also grant additional access to secondary expense management accounts to separate cash flows, then use these reputable accounts to update payment information, helping the system "refresh" the data and automatically resolve pending verification errors.
