Any ideas on how to validate a yahoo voices account if you're not from the US?

You create a stealth US identity with a good US proxy and apply on those lines. There are only umpteen zillion posts on this going back to the Associated Content days.

There is a word on the street that you only need to access the page with US IP via VPN, while origin of PP account is not that important.

sorry what is yahoo voice all about ? ... i just used my usa vps to long on it about posting articles but looks liek you have to pay ...(not sure about the payment since i did not post yet )
