Verify Sape.ru?

Hi

I'm trying to verify my debit card on sape.ru. Sape.ru made a small charge to my card and wants me to verify the amount.

However they charged the card in rubels and it shows up on my account history in USD. I tried calling my bank but they do not know what the original charge was.

Anyway around this?

I also used Google currency converter and other converters but apparently the info is not 100% accurate

I dont know if this will help you but for ever $0.01 =0.32 rubles

This info was from my stock trading account, so it should be up to the minute accurate

And here is a another currency converter that is as far as I know 100% accurate

I read somewhere that there is a pdf guide/tutorial that gives detail instruction on how to register for SAPE. whats that e-book call and where can I purchase it? Willing to pay. Thanks.
 
The only way is by visiting your bank in person and asking the bank employee to call the bank call center and ask them to see the exact amount of blocked money in rubles. They should be able to do this.

Thanks. I tried both suggestions and neither of them work. I really need a way to fund my sape account. So far everything I've tried doesn't work. I tried web money but I'm unable to fund web money either using a visa card.

Its in the BST user Det0x sells it.
 
I think you need to go int the bank - it would be almost impossible otherwise - because it would depend exactly what exchange rate they used at the exact time of the conversion.

I called the bank and they said they don't have this info. Apparently no one can give this info to me from the bank.
 
Probably you have to get a foren exchange account of some sort then - so you can actually receive money and hold it in foreign currencies.

Or goto the bank and put them under some pressure - maybe there is a way they can get the exchange rate information, but maybe not every employee knows how to get it?

Or look for the PDF guide mentioned above, maybe there is some info in there.

The bank says they don't have this info. I dont think it will help to go down.
 
If it's not 100% accurate but it's for shure less than +/- 1RUB, so try to enter 100 times different sum (ex: you know it's somewhere 3RUB but it's not 100% accurate, then start bu entering 2.50, 2.51, 2.52.......3.50 ), it takes 5 minutes an you are good ( if there is not a limited number of how many times you can try )
 
^^ I'm not sure if there's a limited number. I dont want to risk blocking my card.

How does anyone from US fill their sape account? This is urgent..
 
I had a total nightmare with this also. Go on the sape.ru forum. Register an account, and make a post to the admins there, as they have other ways of verifying international bank cards

Yes, you can, but their English is not so good. Otherwise, usually within 24h.

Because that card have to be verified and stupid bank employees can't read transaction information properly.
There is always information about original currency. However it appears only after a couple of days.
Make verification transaction again and call your bank 2 or 3 days later.
