I've seen some members offer services to "get your account verified, or your money back", but I've never tried them myself.
Even then, I think those services, on top of being expensive, have "certain requirements" before you can even purchase them.
Perhaps someone more knowledgeable about the topic can chip in here.

This is done only with the help of a working bug. Any person aware of the bug can do it.

It might be possible that those tricks are sold and the buyer is thus charging for the verification. A similar bug was fixed for Facebook page verification. One of my friends created a stock of verified pages before this was fixed. It was really simple, took seconds to verify a page. One has to click on some setting in mobile site.
