i dont want to look like a newb i lost the password to my old account and im not getting the lost my password email.

But im trying to figure out a site were you can signup for a bank within 2 minutes and verify your paypal bank instantly.
I used it like 3 years ago cant think of the name.

Try using Ally Bank to verify your bank account with Paypal.
