I need a US paypal created and verified completely. Both credit card, bank account and all other ways.

I'm not asking for anyones personal cc or bank account verifying... I'm asking someone use VCC/VBA/Netspend/Gift cards to verify an account.
 
Not asking for a $8 VCC nor only the use of Netspend.... any more offers?

i have enough reputation and itrade to be trusted as a seller, not everyone on this forum have a sales thread and i wont steal your 50 bucks and not gonna risk my membership here on the board by doing it. its more valuable to me than those 50 bucks.

its not me who has 29 posts, o itrade and a reputation less than his initial one. next time think twice before u doubt a reputed member on this board.
 
off course he has the right. i didnt mean to be rude, he was asking for the service and when i offered him the service he wasnt ready to go for it, he wants to check it first. how do we trust a seller/buyer here? from their itrade/post/rep, if i am not wrong, i have those to help him decide but he still has the doubt.
 
Weird that ppl kept saying netspend doesn't work with paypal, not sure when that started but i opened a paypal acct and verified it with a netspend account, linked it to ebay with no problem at all, even have a debit card mailed to me, but couldnt use the card coz they are asking me for ssn to activate it, and i did this verification about 3months ago with a netspend account, so it worked for me.
 
I believe to make a "fully verified" paypal acc, you need a bank account and credit card, both with same name.
