Verify instagram, no sms

Hello

Today i get a strange problem.
15 accounts has verify issue.
Normally i dont verify it imidiatly.
When i see " Phone Verification " i click on " stop " and 2 days later i verify all accounts who has this problem:

Total 15 accounts but on all 15 accounts i didnt receive the code.
I dont get any sms from Instagram, why ?
All accounts has his own real simcard number.

Someone have same problem ?

Because i register those accounts on a mobile number and i always use same number.
I dont want to change the mobile number everytime i am sure this will be a problem in the future.
If you have a 1 year old account wich you habe verifyd with 20+ different numbers this will be a problem.

I think it will be the instagram glitch, when instagram made updatation i think these kinds of strange things was happened.
