Verify Instagram accounts

I have 10 ig accounts and I want to verify, I have 4 sim cards and 5 proxy.
How should I verify my accounts ? I just don't know how...
Can I use 1 phone and switch sims to verify the accounts (3 accs per sim is ok ?) ?
