Verify fake PayPal?

I'm thinking about creating a fake PayPal for my not-so WH IM methods and I'd like to ask a few questions you guys because I dont have any experience with this.

So, correct me if Im wrong, but after buying USA Virtual Bank Account (they are sold for about 12$) I can verify paypal, I can't however make any purchases, even if there is money on my Paypal, right? But is VBA enough to transfer money to my real PP account? Because USA virtual credit cards are a lot more expensive.

Why u dont try with payoneer? its free..and you can transfer from paypal to your US bank account and then on your plastic debit card. I do the same. Works perfect
