Verify .eu Domain

Hy guys, i want to ask.
I'm buy some .eu domain in uniregistry before, but i didn't know if .eu domain must upload a valid data to complete registration process and I'm not live in eu countries. Today i got email from eurid and they ask me to validate my identity and contact information or this domain will be suspended. In whois i used my real identity information, but when i register this domain before i choosing Austria country.

So i have idea to move this domain to someone who live in eu and use he's documents for verify identity in eurid. Also change all whois information.

Can i used this trick guys?

Of course you can. But I'm afraid before transferring that domain name to new owner you will be asked to confirm your identity first and only after that transfer.
Your tactics is good for new domain name registrations. But you need to be 100% sure in person who will be the actual owner of YOUR domains.
