Verify Ebay stealth seller acct.... and linking pay pal

I need to link a pay pal act. to a stealth ebay seller account. The bank acct. is in my name and I don't want it linked to the closed ebay acct. that was in my name. It's a new bank act. but still in my name.

You have to link a verified pay pal act. in order to sell. My questions are:

1. If I link ONLY a bank account to pay pal will they see my name? I have read they can only see the bank info but not the name. I just want to be sure before I do this. Also, I read something somewhere that If you transfer money from you checking account they can see the name..does that mean if I transfer money to pay pal to pay ebay fees they will see the name on the account? Also, If I buy something through ebay using the stealth pay pal act. they will see the name?

2. Do I really need a vcc to verify ebay since I am linking a verified pay pal?

You have a verified Paypal account? which has a bank/card attached so there shouldn't be any problems with that - no need for a VCC as for my knowledge, someone else can correct me if I'm wrong.

As for the first question, I've never had to stealth even if it came to the worse case scenario I'd just take a cousins account and tell them to withraw money whenever I'm about to deposit rather than risking a stealth where people poo their pants when PP ask them for further documentation.

The pay pal will be in a business name and the names on the credit card and bank account will be in my name. I'm wondering if they can see the name on the credit card or bank account? I don't want them to link it to the closed act that was in my name.

You dont need to verify ebay if your paypal is verified and no they do not see your name.
