Verify discord via phone numbe

When you setup a discord account made under tor and with a private email service, alongside having to verify your account via email you also have to verify your account under phone number.
The obvious answer is to get a burner phone and use that but I am not really interested in that because along with that method comes with the issue that 1 you have to go and
actively buy a burner sim but also it shows your region and lessens your security.
Is there anyway I can find burner numbers to use online to any degree. I know there are those surface level sites that offer this service but they never work.
