Verify a company account

Hi,

our company's twitter account was created by a third party company long time ago
and we can't restore access to our account. However they filled out our active website address and location on twitter. We've asked twitter support to restore access using our corporate email but they refused to help.

Can anyone please suggest is there any options to deal with this situation? (except of creating new account)

Are you able to reach out to the third party company about the account's log-in details?

Yes, but they cannot reach exact employee that created our account and used his email & phone num as a recovery

They don't have his phone number filed somewhere? If its a company account you might have to make a new account, but you can ask twitter to strike down the inaccessible account.

Send them request and tell what happened with you- they will hear your case and follow what they say.

I had tried this way - twitter support said they can't help and closed case.

I’ve been in a similar situation and Twitter also didn’t want to help. Luckily, Google Chrome saved all the login credentials so I managed to access the account. Your best chance is to try and contact that employee or see if they saved the info somewhere. Otherwise, you’ll need a new account.
