    Hello,

Sorry if this is in the wrong section (mods please move if it is), just wondering I have a way to get access to lots of students and also verify that they are a student or to verify that the user is a member of staff. Just wondering what ways I could monetize this traffic or what service I could provide to these people that they would love and that would make a nice buck or two. I was thinking about a daily deals site dedicated to education and trying to arrange aggressive discounts for education clients.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated as I am sure this source could be a potential gold mine!

    Thanks

What about monetizing them with scholarship cpa offers and education related offers, the payout will be pretty good for those kind of offers....

I could do, thanks for the idea however the only issue is I would need some form of content to get them there unless the scholarship is the content, also the way I can verify that they are a student / staff member is the fact that they are already in an institution (this is usually college / university). I was thinking of a service based thing which I could then monetize with these offers, for example a storage site with unlimited storage (dropbox type website) but I am not sure how that would take off as it could be quite limited to the audience that that kind of service would attract (mostly IT based students I would assume). I guess the real key is I can guarantee that the user is a member of an institution so it would be more important to a manufacturer I guess than the student itself but which could end up being very beneficial for the student since they could leverage their education status for hefty discounts.
