Been using ser verified lists for more than 3 months with happy results. recently purchased serlinks and they are good too. Both are top notch and highly recommended.

GSA works fine and can't even imagine link building without it. If you use quality projects with high quality targets and quality project data including emails and content there won't be any problem. Remember it's a broad flexible link builder with lot of customization.

Like @TimDawsone said it's all about what you put into the data. If you treat it nicely output will be nice too.
