Verified Paypal Question! Need help

So I created. New paypal account. Before I could figure out how to verify it, I had a seller send payment. So I have a bit of money sitting in this account that I can't even 'accept' nor do anything with until it's verified. Now I have a bank account I've never used that I could attached. But I have 2 questions.
1.) can I attach the bank and card number to verify, get my money, then unlink? And what if the buyer issues a dispute can oaypal still take the money out if the accounts I removed? Can I even remove them?

2.) paypal can not see names at all can they? Obviously my stealth is fake name and used an address I found that is a house currently for rent. So if I do attach my real bank account vs doing the hassle of VCC and VBA it won't link right?

If its US PP then adding bank account will verify your account and adding CC/VCC will remove sending/withdrawing limit. And yes PP cannot see what name is it in your bank account or VCC.

Ok. And what about removing the bank/card after I get the money out? Can paypal still charge them in the case if a dispute? I know this will make me I verified again.

IMO there has to be one primary account in PP. So you cannot remove the account without adding another bank/VCC.

Ok looks like vba/VCC it is. Is there anyone reputable that sells BOTH?
