    Hello BHW members,

I have been lurking on the forums for a while and I have read good topics on PayPal accounts, but I haven't found a topic covering multiple verified accounts and I would need your advice on how to proceed.

I have a legit verified PayPal address in Europe, but I want to open a second account in the US to be able to receive payments from sites that require US verified Paypal accounts. I will be using the Payoneer US payment service to verify the US account, but I will only be able to provide fake address if needed. Both PayPal accounts have to be on my real name, otherwise I can't withdraw to bank / payoneer.

I would be using my real IP address on both accounts, because I read here that PayPal hates proxys, however before this I was thinking of using a private US VPS with OpenVPN connection to access the US paypal account. I am worried that PayPal might limit one or both of my accounts because of this, note that I am not planning on transferring money between the accounts.

Should I use a VPS? Can things go wrong?

I would be really thankful for your advice

If by Payoneer you mean their US Payment Service, you can use that with non-US PayPal account. Also having that I'm pretty sure you can withdraw directly to that BoA account from wherever your funds originate.

Yes I was referring to the US Payment Service, but I am unsure about it working with non-US PayPal in this case.

As I understand paid survey sites like cashcrate, mysurvey, vindale etc offer cashout via paypal, but they need to have a US verified account to actually get paid. I would need the US Payment Service to verify the US account, thus withdraw to payoneer card, thus transfer to local bank, since I live outside of America. This maybe a noob question, but these sites can actually see if I my provided PayPal account is from the US right?
