Can I use a VCC verified PayPal account to accept payments and to buy from other PayPal accounts? - through eBay would be advantageous.

Please can someone advise because I would be interested in buying if they can do that.

How the hell do you verify your PP with a VCC? They always ask me for a dang bank account.

u.s / u.k / austrialian verified paypal acc require a bank acc 2 b fully verified. if open a paypal acc using a non european addy & i.p u can get it verified using a vcc. pm me if u need a verified paypal acc

So as long as I don't make an account from those countries I can use a VCC right?

Can PayPal send and recieve money from others without having a bank account and without being verified in non US,UK and Australian countries?

Canadian accounts require a bank to be fully verified, but they can still send and receive money (to a limit) without verification.
