Verified IG comments that can be selected

I'm looking for service/panels that offer verified IG comments from users that I can select (not just from random profile).

So far I found one panel n1panel.com (I'm not affiliated with it just as example) that offer to post verified IG comment from very limited (like aobut 10 people)

I'm wondering is there similar panels/services? Does anyone has similar experience? Thanks
