Verified form for verified users?

Hi guys,
I got one of my accounts verified. Just the regular way, it was of a public interest so it just happened. I remember I read that someone said that verified accounts have another form where they can suggest for other users to be verified? Where's that, I cant find it.
I also remember someone said that if you have a verified account you could message verified to help verify an account. Does that helps?

Well, it happens with twitter a lot, where verified users can get their friends verified as well, but its crucial to understand that even if you're recommended by a verified user, your profile has to be professional. any social platform wont just verify someone for the fun of it, they only give the mark to those who either have made a name for themselves or are working to get there.
