Yes, companies do. So its just safe not to use fake documents. QR codes are used essentially as a quick and easy way to verify the authenticity of the company's document.

Is there a way to create qr code that the company will scan? I create a fake doc and it's qr code.

If you are going to verify a social media account with fake documents, this might work for you. Make sure that your documents look realistic, and all the information complies with the account. Once I did the same and it worked for me. Best of luck!
