Also confirming Follow Liker using NO Proxy at the moment...
Testing Follow Liker with one account (on my Local IP address) that was stuck in the endless verification loop.
All FL activities appear to be functioning without interruption as of 11:42 am Pacific.
I will start rolling out more accounts on FL one-by-one throughout the day and report if there are any issues.

I’ve had 2 clients get through today. Was a pain in the ass to say the least trying to get the code from them and waiting for the reply of it.
I’ve tried doing the open ig in browser with a proxy and it gives a black screen, take the proxy off and I get through to Instagram and can send the 6 digit code to clients Email. I tell them to not login to Instagram until I successfully get the code and login. I think if they verify the login attempt on the app before you get the code from them you can’t get in.

FOLLOW LIKER still DOES NOT WORK if you are using PROXIES.
*I have confirmed by going back and forth between using Proxies and my computer's local IP address and FL only works with my Local IP address.
