I have been trying to recover my page for
Months. When I appeal from the app, I don't get a reply or I get an email saying I violated their terms and cannot restore my page. When I appeal from a tablet, I get the verification email asking me to send in a pic holding a code, however when I send that in this is their reply:
If you think your account was disabled by mistake, you can let us know from within the app. Open Instagram, enter your username and password and follow the on-screen instructions.
