Vendors with Same Products

Hi,
I am new here; actually this is my first post.
Before few days I bought clickbank ready product website with the pitch page, thank you page ?etc.
The product that I bought not yet approved by clickbank, but before I apply for vendor and go through the approval process, I discovered that the same product with the same pages is already in the marketplace with the same price.
Does that mean I been cheated and bought the same product and site?
Or is it ok to sale the same product with exactly the same website design?
I am confused about that, can someone help me please?

Yeah it seems that you have been cheated. If I were you I would try to get my money back!

No, you are NOT cheated.
You basically bought a MRR product.

When you purchased a MRR product, you have the resale rights to sell it with a DIFFERENT name.

It doesn't matter if there are other sellers in Clickbank's market place.
But you might not be approved as yours is just a 'duplicate' product.

What you can do is give the product a new name, a new cover image, and perhaps add somemore texts in the ebook.
Just do a brand new look and sell it. You will be okay.

Depends whether they told you it was PLR you were buying or not.

i am almost sure that he didn't mention anything about reselling rights, but
i will check again if the seller mention any thing about MRR, before i go for dispute sale.
