    Is Clickbank's support system generally SLOW? Waiting on a response for over 7 days...which to me is complete bulls#t since they demand their vendors to reply to customer inquiries within 24 hours.

    Not impressed with them at all so far...

    No support phone number or even an email address.

    It has almost seemed like "selective support" since we've started with them. Sometimes you'll hear back within 12 hours, sometimes never. Seems to depend on the question/issue, but don't quote me, that's just our experience :).

    Yeah not impressed at all with them. No phone number. Nothing. Doesn't make me comfortable launching products with them at all....
