Don't they know trusted projects/kickstarters are to be listed in a transparent and verifiable way for every person on the planet to be able to check and compare to other investment opportunities? Whats with all the 4-th tier sites and links about?

If you are a million or billion industry company you go public and share every little detail in a verifiable manner, allowing every person on the planet to check your assets, background, team, their background, goals, capacity, understanding of technology, innovation plans etc etc etc until the cow comes home, so every investor knows exactly where his money goes and what to expect.
