VDS for mass mailing with ssh root access

Hi forum! I'm looking for VDS for a mass mailing.
I have own mailing software, so I need to configure it through SSH root access. It is why I have no interest in any mailing services or SMTP server with just a web panel.
Something bulletproof as possible - at least no ban after first abuse compliant. I'm ready to discuss about related things such as: outgoing email limits, blacklisted IPs, etc. I hope we can find a compromise.
Is there any hosting provider who provides such a simple service?

There are many services providing servers for mass mailing. I would suggest looking for a server with SSD storage and No Logs Policy.

Have you tried OVHcloud and Hostingstage yet? I have used them before. I like OVH better.

You need virtual machines with open port 25. Linode, Digital Ocean, OVH provide this opportunity.

Check Zomro, search in Russian you'll find many VDS mailing providers.

Most providers are blocking port 25 so ask them before.
