Vccs???

Can someone please tell me where I can buy a vcc that will actually work to verify my paypal account? I already know that there are two sellers in the sell section selling them but one of them doesnt accept paypal and the other one doesnt seem to be very reliable.

he sell them.. i been dealing with him for long time and he provides the VCC's fast and replaces if for some reason it doesnt work.
