VCC (virtual credit card) Generation help

Could any tell me the step by step procedure to create VCC from a Us paypal account(credit card attached) for paypal verification.I will get vcc from my friend (Us paypal account).but he couldnt generate vcc for less than $1000.How to generate low amount VCC fo payapl verification?

paypal vcc's are only $1000 but if you smart you only put whatever amount you wish it to use in the paypal account (the second payment method, make sure it is fake)
and then create as many vcc's as you want and cancel them right after using them.
 
Can you use these VCC's for adwords accounts?
 
Then how people are selling vcc with low amount balance for paypal verification.

their banks have those tools online.
example: Bank of America, if you own a Credit Card they have it. (not a checkcard)
 
nowadays i heard By using HDFC vcc,the paypal gets limited

you can only do that if your paypal isn't connected to a bank account; otherwise it will just withdraw from your bank account after it drains your paypal.. and arguably you could gift to another paypal but then; you need a bank account attached to the account in order to USE secure cards.. i've tried that logic already. doesn't work.

but yeah, use simon.com i'm not sure if it's accepted widely or not but you can make one as small as $20 which should work for ya. or vanillavisa/vanillamastercard are other (probably better) options.
 
I've used Paypal's plugin to generate a $30 VCC several times to open YSM accounts.
 
Paypal's plugin <-- what is this for, (wordpress) and how do you it?

EDIT: PayPal Plugin is not available for the UK, its US only :(
