How long does a US Premier PP account verified with a VCC last for? Also, I see there is a sending limit of 2K. Is there a receiving limit on a US Premier PP VCC?

Once verified you are verified lifetime. I do not think there is a receiving limit.

The only thing that PayPal will do is ask you to update your credit card once the expiration is getting close, but you will remain verified.

    What about a non-US account?

Do you think it will hold with just the VCC verification or will they ask me to send them scanned docs?

So even if the PP is registered to a made up person, there's nothing to worry about? Actually I think PP sends out money market info to the address on file each year around this time for taxes. What happens if the mail is received by the address on file / someone else or gets returned to PP? :p

I would say there is Never, never anything to worry about. Eventually Paypal will want more info from you, so brush up on your photoshop skills.
