All type and kind of VCC's are protected on the internet. You cant use them on paypal and even social networks. They are useless now . dont know why you need them

It probably also won't work with prepaid cards you physically buy in a store.

Vcc's def work with Facebook but you'll just have to test which ones work for you. I have seen some work in one country, while that same card resulted in instant bans in another country. Select a few that have the best conditions (spend limits, rechargeable or not, etc.) for you and give it a try. Good luck!
