Virtual credit card that can be loaded with paypal??
Otherwise just virtual credit cards that can be purchased with paypal or a credit card from the US.
Looking to put anywhere from $100 - $2000 on a card.

**Purchasing a VCC and loading one is different.
Looking for VCC that can be purchased with paypal or US credit card with a fixed balance on it ($25, $200, $500..)
or a VCC that can be loaded and reloaded anytime using paypal or US credit card.

Site lists payment options such as bitcoin but there's NO PAYPAL OR CC for payment option
