You might have to flip that xmr to something like usdt or usdc first, then go with a provider that takes those common coins

most vcc providers don't accept monero because BIN issuing banks are reacting sharply negatively to monero in customer cash flow. some scam (crypto) services may accept your monero coins but it will be risky for you
