I can supply maximum amount of 100/day - for Azure and Cloud as well. Cloud being tricky these days - Azure is more steady. I am in this business too and Azure accounts setted as Pay-as-You-Go are working with VCC for 2-3 months.

The most important thing is to work on Cloud and also Azure - isn't matter what country they are - VCC must work and be clear for Cloud and Azure - and Cloud these days are tricky as I said before. Did your VCC work for these 2 services or even Amazon ...?

I have Vcc that works on Amazon aws. But you can only get 2 regions from it.
