I need to make a payment online and they only accept paypal and debit/credit cards . I don't have a paypal account so i would like to get a prepaid virtual debit or credit card that can be funded with LR . I would appreciate it if someone could suggest a trusted VCC service i could use for this. I searched online and there are LOTS of them but i don't really know which to use .

why dont u open a paypal account which is free to open and made exchange frm Lr to paypal.

You can try finding someone that is willing to pay for it, in exchange of the LR. LR sells quite good, especially on forums like HF.
