VCC Help

been hearing a lot about virtual credit cards, and after searching through BHW, found a lot of intersting methods on which VCC can be extremely helpful in making money, but I don't seem to be able to find where I can signup for VCCs and also, there seems to be different types of VCCs.

can anyone here tell me where can I signup for VCCs, I'm on Europe btw
