VCC for PSN purposes

I know this goes a bit off from BHW in general, but since there's more or less discussion about VCC's I thought why the heck not...

In a nutshell I'd like to buy PSNPlus for myself to enjoy during some free time, but due to my region the only way to purchase such is via local debit/credit card - which I currently do not possess, mainly because I really have no need to go through the hassle of getting one.

So; anyone know (or can provide) me with VCC that would have fillable address/country information, would work in PSN and preferably could be refilled with either Paypal or Payoneer? Or has Sony made such thing impossible? I read that Entropay at least used to work, but Payoneer doesn't allow funding to them.

Might apply for Paxum or something similar, but all the paperwork is still a bit of a hassle for someone who lives mainly on cash and everything prepaid without a trace

I had the exact same problem as you recently. I managed to get around it by making a new PSN user and setting the location to my home country and using my home debit card. For some reason they don't allow you to change your location after the account is made.

I know, but I simply can't be bothered to start over again. Better just to live without one, or go and get the bank account opened - it shouldn't take more than a day filling papers and queueing in banks...
