Hi mates, I'll cut the crap and go straight to the point. I need a Virtual Credit Card with which I can verify my already limited Paypal account. I have checked around the forum, but the few guys who are into the sale of VCC for Paypal verification only accept payment via Paypal. It should be noted that the majority of people who need to verify a Paypal account may not have a working Paypal account, so other payment methods should be allowed. Can anyone provide me a VCC for my Paypal and accept payment via Payza? Pls PM me or reply to this thread. Thanks

And also...how can I withdraw money from a Paypal account using Credit Card or Bank Transfer whose address do not correspond with the one used during signup on Paypal?
 
Try cliffscard.com and entropay.com.. cliffscard provides you with VCC which are address verifiable i.e you can provide your own billing address.. entropay allows you to create VCC so once you have the money in your paypal account send it to your entropay VCC.. i hope this works..
Also points to note:
Cliffscard accepts Bankwire,liberty reserve,western union,money gram
which are in most of the countries..
Entropay allows you to send money to your bank account from an Entropay vcc or deposit money into an Entropay VCC by your debit card or net banking

Go to gigbucks and search paypal. The user name is krtalpur. He accepts payza. Have not tried it yet and do not know if it work. Let me know how it works out.
 
me too im looking for one as the rest ive been using gets my account limited.

Pubudu Dias VCC from Sri Lanka Is a MEGA Scammer. I lost over $100 on VCCs.

there is a BHW member called open vcc i dont know him / her but i also saw this site, not my site and im not affiliated to it , but the name is the same as the member , i tried to contact him on here but he never replies , take it aqs u want , here is the site.

Everyone's talking about VCC for PayPal limited account and giving emails and sites to buy them.. Which thread are you reading.

Plus, this is an old thread, more than 4 months without activity.

And please, at least try to write better about what are you trying to say here.
