entropay is good i have been using it for last 8 months and i never got any problem and also i don't think paypal have any issue with entropay i buy online everything with my entropay vcc through paypal. You should check entro pay and they only charged 4.95% when you load vcc
 
Entropay doesn't work unless there are some differences for different countries.
 
EntroPay was working fine few weeks ago but not anymore. Uphold is also not working, neither Payeer.
 
nothing will work 100% and nothing won't work 100% it's not always about billing, sometimes it's because of different steps however uphold has gone and for now entropay working 50% for me rest I'm trying different VCC's and local cards
 
Spectrocard was working before, but just like all WaveCrest resellers, they all stopped provinding VCC.
Finding a BIN that is not blacklisted is really hard these days.
