VCC for Amazon seller account

I want to get back on Amazon to use their FBA program mostly but also sell on Amazon. I Have completed all of the steps except for the credit card information. Where can I find a safe and reliable VCC? Also I will be depositing the money into my business bank account, does Amazon know who owns the bank account and can they link it to an old Amazon account that way?

I do have a business debit card but the address on the account is a banned address. I can always change it with the bank but will Amazon know the I own this bank account even if its a business one?

A few words of advice, don't list the exact same items you had in the banned account, change your internet foot print (browser, screen resolution, ip). Open up a new bank account under a DBA. Get a vcc at wally world Follow this to a T and your golden, otherwise you'll be shortly banned.

They can't pull data from your checking account, I wouldn't worry about that.
