Hey!

I have quite simple questions)

1. What's the VCC I can use for USA Adwords? (I m not from USA, so I can't create bank account)
2. What's the best VCC I can use for Europe? The same problem - I can't create bank account.

this is the biggest problem for advertising. therefore, here you need to look for suppliers with good material for a very long time and persistently. and good stuff is not cheap

i work with adword right now.but i buy vcc from some one and add the adword billing.some working good and some suspended.
 
There are virtual cards that adwords accepts better, and there are those that do not accept at all. And that's the whole secret.
