VCC for Adwords using US Address Help.

Hi everyone,

I have been doing some research but unfortunately still not 100% satisfied. I wish someone could offer some insights into this matter.

My goal is to create and Adwords account with physical address in the US and i'm planning to use private proxy with I.P in the US to create this Adwords account. Unfortunately after speaking with Payoneer, they told me that if Google inquire about my physical address, they will be giving it to them from the registration address I have on the account. The problem here is my physical address is in Canada, but I plan to advertise and do business from the US and hence my proxy, IP is located there. My question is are there any VCC services out there that would hid your physical address that your registered on these VCC services, while displaying a completely different address to any of your merchant? If not how should I go about getting a VCC so that Adwords will approve me.

UPDATE: Does anyone know a VCC service that I will be able to reload anytime and for any amount, while I will be able to change the address for Google Adwords to verify?

For my knowledge i think,adwords always do an Address verification Check on the billing info or the cards used and if you are planning to use a VCC just to make Google believe that you are in the US, it's kinda hard. My suggestion would be to hire a PPC manager in the US who can use his billing info and this way it would be Long Term as well!
 
Thanks everyone. So then I can use entropay and input any address in the US of my liking for Google to verify right? I know these guys will not give away your information, but that may cause Google to be suspicious and suspend the account.

EDIT: From what I heard Entropay does not support address verification right?

I tried one the other day but i wasn't able to activate the Account via the VCC. Maybe i would have done something wrong. And even i read somewhere on a Google Forum that Adwords never accept any VCC as they do a Address verification check with every card! And so far i know, Entropay cards are from UK origin and i am in India, how can they get passed through Google Radar?

Does anybody with any experience with these accounts have an answer for this? Is it possible for a UK VCC to work? If not what VCC will work?
 
Entropay UK VCCs (& presumably US) have a blank billing address, so they will fail Googles address verification.

I've had no success with them :( , but currently experimenting with other VCC's which do have billing addresses.
 
FYI we have found Entropay is riskier because when you use one of their cards, Google can see that it is issued from a bank based in Malta. When they see your IP address and billing address are in USA, but the bank is in Malta, it looks suspicious :-)
 
Besides the US ip it's good to have a US vitrual phone number that rings on your phone. Google representatives can call advertisers by phone for verifying billing information. It happend to me recently.
 
Yeah seemed like a change they just added and then rolled back for now. They might roll it back out in the future.
 
Never sucess make google adwords account with VCC, they will review your account again and again until you banned

Just my self experience :)
